“Our experiences have been awesome at this shop! We had first come to One Enchanted Evening during homecoming season to purchase a dress for my daughter. We were so pleased by the level of customer service and dress selection that we made a return trip for her prom dress. The sales associate was extremely accommodating, and didn’t stop until my daughter had found the perfect dress. We went back for an alterations appointment, and we were extremely pleased with the seamstresses work. I was about to walk out the door when something stood out on a mannequin, which caused me to turn around. While I was trying it on, the sales associate that had dropped everything to help me brought another dress that I "might like"...which ended up being exactly what I was looking for and will be wearing on my upcoming wedding day.
