Store Return Policy

Due to the specialty nature of our items, all in-store sales are final. One Enchanted Evening does not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for items purchased in-store. All sale dresses, shoes and accessories are final sale and are not exchangeable or refundable.

Online Exchange Policy

One Enchanted Evening does not offer returns or refunds. On online orders only, we do allow a three-day exchange policy for all regularly priced gowns purchased online. We will allow the customer to exchange their gown for an in-stock gown that is available at our store that is of equal of greater value. Your gown can only be exchanged once. The three-day exchange period begins the day that you receive the dress. Please contact us for a return authorization number to place on the outside of the box before returning. Boxes without return authorization numbers will not be accepted. Dresses returned for an exchange must still have all original tags attached to the garment and not show signs of wear or damage in anyway. Customer pays return and exchange shipping charges. All sale dresses, shoes, and accessories are final sale and are not exchangeable or refundable. Shipping Information

We offer free ground shipping to the contiguous US on full-price gowns. All shipments are made during regular business days (M-F). Ground transit is five to seven business days typically. For expedited shipping service (i.e., Next Day or Two-day shipments), please contact us for the cost.

Backorders and Delivery Times

If we do not have the item you ordered in stock or we cannot deliver your merchandise to you within seven days of your wear date, your order will not be processed, and you will be notified within 24 hours of placing the order. Please allow adequate time for shipping.
